My take: I have left this exact review in my head, staring into a flask of black tar that was supposed to be a product. One star, terrible protocol, and I ran it twice more anyway.

My take: Nobody warns you the doctorate ends in IT support. My own count this month is two password rescues and one printer negotiation, and I still tell people I do genomics.

My take: For anyone who has never run single-cell data, the default plot gives every cluster one loud color, and thirteen scientists just became the legend. My favorite detail is the doublet, because there is always a doublet.

My take: Getting roasted by your whole lab in matching outfits is the highest form of morale I know. He still needed the carrots at journal club to notice it was happening.
